most humans would move king https://youtu.be/5fy1j_KDwKs?t=1834 to g7 or f8. Its called the Euwe position btw.
Zugzwang is a german word you are allowed to pronounce it german 🙂
Great video as usual, thx!
keep up the good work, looking forward to your great analyses
I bet that one reason – amongst others, of course, why Svidler didn't win, was body language and psychological tactics, sometimes we just don't act strictly logical.
Your channel gets better and better, my daily highlight! Thank you for interesting hours—
Want a really really tough challenge: try beating the tablebase defense in this ending…. eegadz. Great video CE.
Thanks !!!!
I don´t know why this series is not the most watched on your channel, it´s just very very very good. Thanks CE once again!
Thank you so much for investing your time into teaching others! Great videos!
great stuff! pure chess:) and its fun
I think I got the point when you said you learned this many years ago, you have to review it because it is not common.
man, the video is nice, but somewhat incomplete. komodo defended with rook to e8, at the position with the video at 11:29
in that case, what to do???
alter.. bist du deutsch
wonderful video …
thank you
OK, you need to lower your computer’s sound. Why do people not pay attention to these little details? How can I trust you in chess if you don’t pay attention to these details? The material is wonderful but these check and checkmate announcements are truly detracting.
great

The drawn game in chess-Castle and three 3 fold repetition
queen vs rook "basic elementary end game", please post a video playing against stockfish starting from the centre, and winning in 50 moves. Everyone knows how to win in the zugzwang position. Hard to get there with proper defending.
How to get into philodor position?
16:00 Missed considering The move 2…Re1
Sogzwang? Dat kenn ich nur vom Helmsaufen.
At 12:14 what happens if King goes to e8 instead of g8?
Bro, less chatting and more analysis. Thanks!
Think "king of the hill" to start with, get your king into center and dont step into skewers. Its seldom you get to philidor when I do it however if you get it you should. When you king in center you need to remember (and understand) tablebase positions. You dont need tablebase to get your king in center, that you can do intuativele.
why not go to the "philidor" and play 1.Qa1+ Kb8 2.Qa5 ? https://youtu.be/5fy1j_KDwKs?t=1423
